Air filters foaming machines
OMS Group manufactures high tech plants and air filters foaming machines for original equipment manufacturer and spare parts for automobiles. Each one of these requires different production typology: oval carousel plant and rotary table plant.
Mould carriers
OMS mould carriers mono-product oval carousel plant for the automotive industry is used for large scale production (500 pcs/h).
- heating and transfer of the mould to the foaming area by a programmed manipulator handled through a computerized unit
- mould is transferred, along a belt conveyor, to the assembly station
- the upper and lower parts are conveyed to the next station
- the press is conveyed toward the oven

Micrometering plants
OMS Group manufactures special micrometering plants using thyxotropic materials. This fully integrated plant is composed of high precision metering groups, mixing head machines with components recycle and mixing along with a 2-axis manipulator and a platen movement system with a single loading/unloading station.
The plant is controlled from an LCD operator display panel which allows all the programs to be established.
